DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Service allows you to have your sound recordings mixed by a professional mixing engineer and obtain a download of mixed sound recordings ("Songs"). To access the Service, you will need to make a full payment of the service required.
DELIVERY
Your mixed sound recordings (music piece) will be available on our server or third party server for you to download.We guarantee that your music recording will be delivered within the time stated on the website for the service you have ordered. Any further mixing or mastering duties will be carried out at the request of the client to persue satisfaction with the final product.
CHARGES / BILLING
You agree to pay for all services that you purchase through the service as agreed with mixing-mastering-online.com
REFUND POLICY
We do not refund your payment. Special dispensation can be arranged however for erroneous purchases where no work has been carried out by the studio, Paypal transaction fees will be deducted by the studio.
REVISIONS
Revisions can requested up to 4 weeks from the delivery of the first mix/master.
RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICE
All prices for products within the Service are subject to change by mixing-mastering-online.com at any time.
TAXES
Prices quoted are inclusive of any applicable taxes, including sales taxes.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The studio is obligated to deliver in full for the service purchased; however, the full audio material should be delivered to the studio within six calendar months of the initial purchase by the artist. For material submitted after this date, the studio will no longer be obligated to work on the material.
ELECTRONIC CONTRACT
You agree that any submissions you make for electronic purchases constitute your intent and agreement to be bound by the terms of and to pay for such purchases.

The copyright of all material sent to us via this service is fully respected by Mixing and Mastering Online and therefore not used in any other productions.
